Support Request Form. There is a link to this form on every page of
our site, or you can choose to bookmark it. Requests sent not using this
form will go unanswered.
NOTE: DO NOT Flood email boxes or telephones.
We will only answer requests sent using our support form.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
for 3rd party software and scripts. This includes any and all HTML coding,
Java Scripts, Telnet, FTP, Email Clients, or any other software that you
utilize to design and implement your web pages and we WILL NOT respond to
emails pertaining to such request. For assistance outside of the scope of
our technical support, please refer to our Online
Manual located within your hosting control panel or our Webmaster
Resources section.
WE WILL PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT for
cgi related problems. If you have trouble configuring and/or setting up
your cgi scripts we will troubleshoot and configure them for a fee of $25
an hour which will be billed to your account. For this service please fill
out the technical support form and state the trouble you are having with
your cgi's.
We have gone to great lengths to provide you with information that will
assist you in administrating your account. Our Online
Manual is very extensive and loaded with information that will guide
you through every aspect of setting up and maintaining your domain
account. Please refer to this manual prior to emailing Technical Support.
Although we do not provide support for html and cgi scripts, we do have a
few clients that we highly recommend for your web site design and
programming needs. Their fees are extremely reasonable. We have used them
ourselves on many occasions and find the quality of their work to be
